Watermelon Slim & The Workers receive 6 Blues Music Award nominations for the 2nd year in a row! The Blues Foundation just released the the 2008 Blues Music Awards nominations. The 29th Blues Music Awards will be May 8, 2008 at the Grand Casino Event Center in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi, just down the road from Memphis, the Awards' home since their 1980 inception.
